ASB club
HouseMark’s ASB club, in conjunction with the most extensive ASB data sets, will supports landlords in making sure that they continue to provide effective service.
Club meetings are held twice a year and discussion topics are chosen by club members, reflecting what is important to you and your tenants.

The club will also look in depth at some key issues affecting members including:

analysing and evaluating open data sources and ASB benchmarking data

using ASB benchmarking and other data to challenge your service – values and costs

how private sector organisations deliver ASB services and what lessons for landlords

how to maximise technology such as GIS to identify ‘hotspots’ and case management software to improve approaches to case

diversionary schemes – what are others doing, evaluating there worth and measuring their success
Meetings and locations
Clubs are in a northern and southern location and occur twice per year.
