Welfare reform impact club
The club uses HouseMark benchmarking metrics to set a baseline and then track the impact of welfare reforms on our members. The data is collected and analysed before each meeting. This analysis provides the basis for discussion at the meetings – eg who is doing what in response to the reform and how successful are they?
Learning from Direct Payment projects shows it takes nearly two years to bring arrears management back within top quartile tolerances – can your business plan withstand that sort of hit?
