Robust cost and performance benchmarking remains a very important part of the HouseMark offer to members and we have continued to listen to your suggestions for improving the service. 

With faster, easier data inputs, better visualisation tools for reporting and more in-depth analysis of cost and performance on key issues such as the impact of welfare reform; it's benchmarking the way you want it. We have made a number of improvements for 2015 including:​

  • New and improved report templates​
  • Flexible VFM Scorecard
  • Refreshed social housing dashboard
  • A new range of sector analysis reports through the year

Beyond benchmarking, we're working on 'Big Data' projects that will lead to a new suite of data products to help you with business planning and service delivery. ​
