Scottish Charter Satisfaction Storyboard

 

HouseMark has used Scottish Charter data as published openly on the Scottish Housing Regulator website to produce the interactive storyboard.

This satisfaction tool allows you to compare the overall satisfaction of tenants with their satisfaction linked to key services such as repairs, neighbourhood, and opportunities to participate.  This is the satisfaction data which landlords are required to report as part of their ARC (Annual Return on the Charter) submission to the SHR.

You can filter your peer group by type of landlord, name of landlord or local authority area.
