Future Lea​ders has been specifically designed to support the development of the future talent upon which the wellbeing of the sector depends.​​​​​

It promises to inspire, educate and equip the next generation of leaders, decision makers and influencers in housing.​

Our unique programme takes delegates behind the scenes of three well-known commercial enterprises - John Lewis, Greggs and Hilton - to hear candid accounts from successful leaders who have 'been there and done it'.  This is combined with insight sessions and tailored coaching which will enable delegates to explore and develop their own leadership style and ensure they are equipped to apply what they have learnt in their own organisation.
