Ross Fraser, Chief Executive
Ross Fraser is the founding Chief Executive of HouseMark. He has more than 30 years' experience in the social housing sector and is the author of many publications on housing issues and is a renowned expert on performance improvement.
He also co-ordinates the national Procurement for Housing service set up by HouseMark to harness the collective purchasing power of social housing organisations.

Samantha McGrady, Chief Operating Officer
Samantha is responsible for HouseMark's operations and all aspects of service delivery. She leads on company performance management and has recently led a major internal change programme, aligning staffing and service delivery models with HouseMark's five year vision.
She joined HouseMark in 2006 and has 24 years' experience in the housing sector. She has previously worked in change and interim management and has held senior positions in three housing associations.

Arturo Dell, Director of Product Development
Arturo is responsible for leading on product development, innovation, Big Data and the Internet of Things. He is widely known in the UK public sector as a thought leader and practitioner on these issues.
He joined HouseMark in 2015 and was previously the Head of Business Intelligence at the London Borough of Camden.

Ian Wright, Director of Member Relations
Ian leads on member relations, insight and engagement, and knowledge transfer. Ian previously worked as Director of Performance and Practice at the Northern Housing Consortium, and has experience in housing policy development and performance improvement, including establishing and growing housing consultancy services. He joined HouseMark in 2013.

Paul Edwards, Director of Data Services
Paul is responsible for the development and management of the company's data services. Paul has previously held senior roles in the housing association and local authority sectors.

HouseMark board
The company has a board of eight directors comprising two representatives from each of the shareholders and four non-shareholder members including HouseMark's Chief Executive. The Board has an independent Chair.
As with our staff, each member is a seasoned expert. Responsible for the strategic direction of HouseMark, the board is dedicated to ensuring we provide the very best service to you.
